Rebecca K. Timmons focuses her practice on mass torts and class actions.

Mrs. Timmons graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. She then earned her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Environmental Law from Tulane Law School. Mrs. Timmons also holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Mrs. Timmons is actively involved in managing the Roundup herbicide litigation and settlement. She also serves on the Class Certification Committee in the Allergan Breast Implant Multi-District Litigation MDL No. 2921. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in the State of Florida.

When Mrs. Timmons is not advocating on behalf of her clients, she enjoys playing guitar and drums, raising honey bees with her husband, and performing with her improv troupe.
