Emotional problems can be wide ranging, including poor anger management and depression. One part of the brain is basically aggressive in nature, that is, when you are stimulated in a negative manner this part of the brain sends messages to the body to react with anger and violence. However, this impulsive behavior is tempered by another part of the brain that tells you to react reasonably and responsibly. When this calming area of the brain is not functioning properly, the impulsive and anger producing part is not restrained and you may react to otherwise minor inconveniences with uncontrolled anger and violence.
