Matthew Marcin is an Associate Attorney at Levin Papantonio and practices mass tort litigation.

He received his Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Matthew’s current projects include Insulin Pricing Litigation, MDL No. 3080; Glucagon-like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAS) Products Liability Litigation (Ozempic), MDL No. 3094; and Tepezza Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 3079. In recognition of his work, Matthew was selected as an Inweekly 2025 Rising Star.

Alongside his current projects, Matthew is also a contributor on America’s Lawyer, where he and Mike Papantonio provide legal insight of current issues.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys exploring Pensacola, the beach, and playing tennis with his wife, Paige.
