Matthew Marcin is an Associate Attorney at Levin Papantonio, where he specifically focuses on mass tort litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Michigan.

Matthew’s current projects include Aqueous Film-Forming Foams (AFFF) Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2873, and Insulin Pricing Litigation, MDL No. 3080.

In addition to his current projects, Matthew previously worked on Glucagon-like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAS) Products Liability Litigation (Ozempic), MDL No. 3094, Tepezza Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 3079, and Allergan BIOCELL Textured Breast Implants Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2921.

Matthew’s work has earned him recognition amongst his peers, as well as others, and he was recently nominated and selected as an Inweekly 2025 Rising Star. Aside from his litigation projects, Matthew has also appeared as a contributor on America’s Lawyer, where he and Mike Papantonio provided legal insights on current affairs.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys exploring Pensacola, the beach, and playing tennis with his wife, Paige.
