Sam Budnyk is an attorney at Levin Papantonio. He graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature (French, German, Latin) and Music Composition, and graduated cum laude from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law, University of Florida.

Mr. Budnyk is currently working on the Depo-Provera (Depot Medroxyprogesterone Acetate) Products Liability Litigation. He has previously worked on the Allergan Biocell Textured Breast Implant Products Liability Litigation, as well as various medical negligence cases.

While in law school, Mr. Budnyk was a senior managing editor of the Florida Law Review and an executive board member of the Florida Moot Court Team, in addition to his position as the Executive Vice President of Administrative Affairs for the John Marshall Bar Association and Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He also served one summer as a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he conducted two jury trials in addition to arguing motions in open court.

A Panhandle native, Mr. Budnyk grew up in the area and enjoys long walks, playing music, and reading about the latest developments in artificial intelligence. Mr. Budnyk holds graduate degrees in historical musicology from Christ Church, University of Oxford, and from Harvard University, where he is presently writing his doctoral dissertation on the evolution of intellectual property law and its role in the development of Western art music.
